How does your delivery service work?

Our delivery service is designed to be simple and convenient:

  1. Browse our selection of fresh groceries on our website or app
  2. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
  3. Select your preferred delivery date and time (same-day delivery available)
  4. Place your order and wait for your fresh groceries to arrive at your doorstep

Our professional shoppers hand-pick the freshest produce and carefully pack your groceries to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

What areas do you currently serve?

We currently deliver to the following areas:

  • Downtown metropolitan area (all zip codes)
  • Northern suburbs within 15 miles of city center
  • Eastern neighborhoods including Riverside and Lakeside
  • Western communities up to Westfield Junction

We're rapidly expanding! Enter your zip code on our homepage to check if we deliver to your area. If we don't serve your location yet, you can join our waitlist to be notified when we expand to your neighborhood.

What's your policy on fresh produce quality?

We take fresh produce very seriously. Our quality standards include:

  • Direct partnerships with local farms for same-day harvest to delivery
  • Strict quality control checks at our fulfillment centers
  • Trained shoppers who know how to select the perfect produce
  • Temperature-controlled delivery vehicles to maintain freshness

If you're not 100% satisfied with the quality of any item you receive, we offer a hassle-free refund or replacement under our Fresh Guarantee policy. Simply report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Are there any delivery fees or minimum order requirements?

Our delivery fee structure is straightforward:

  • Orders under $35: $5.99 delivery fee
  • Orders between $35-$75: $3.99 delivery fee
  • Orders over $75: FREE delivery

We also offer a membership program called "Fresh Pass" for $9.99/month or $99/year, which includes:

  • Unlimited free deliveries with no minimum order
  • Exclusive weekly deals and discounts
  • Priority delivery slots even during peak hours
  • Special access to limited seasonal items

There is no minimum order requirement, though smaller orders will incur the standard delivery fee unless you're a Fresh Pass member.

What if I need to modify or cancel my order?

We understand plans change! Here's our policy on order modifications:

  • You can modify your order (add/remove items or change quantities) up to 3 hours before your scheduled delivery window
  • Order cancellations are permitted up to 3 hours before delivery with no penalty
  • For cancellations within 3 hours of delivery, a small service fee of $3.99 may apply

To modify or cancel your order:

  1. Log into your account on our website or app
  2. Go to "Order History" and select the active order
  3. Click "Modify Order" or "Cancel Order" and follow the prompts
